How do we quote and work?
We start by listening. You describe the job, and for anything beyond a small area we visit to look at the surfaces, because old paint, damp and timber condition decide the right approach.
Then you get a written quote. It sets out the areas covered, the preparation, the paint system and anything not included, so you can compare it with other quotes. If we find something unexpected once work begins, we explain it before going further.
On site we cover floors and furniture, keep the work area tidy and talk through the finished job with you. We are happy to answer questions about colour, finish and care of the paint afterwards. We also say so when a job is better handled by someone else, such as a damp specialist.
